we serve. How you'll contribute: A Graduate Registered Nurse (RN)
who excels in this role: · In collaboration with a licensed
preceptor, performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient's
condition. Establishes a plan of care which is appropriate to
problems identified and involves the patient according to his or
her capabilities and desires. · Under the direct supervision of a
license preceptor, performs plan of care intervention, including
medication administration, specimen collection, clinical
treatments, as well as other medical care treatment. · Under the
direct supervision of a licensed preceptor documents patient care
given. · Under direct supervision of a licensed preceptor monitors,
records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care
team, physician, patient, and family. · Assists patients with
performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene,
elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. · Under direct supervision
of a licensed preceptor, collaborates as needed across disciplines
to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge,
referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs. · Under direct
supervision of a licensed preceptor evaluates learning needs of
patient and/or family and provides patient/family education
appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances. · Works
as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the

Applicants should have an associates degree in Nursing. Applicants
should be in the process of sitting for the NCLEX and receiving a
current Tennessee Registered Nurse license or another compact
state. Additional requirements include: - Basic Life Support
