Phone-based, 1:13 100% Outpatient focused Average 18-22 patients
daily Dedicated Nurse Seasoned and experienced support staff
Clinical Space: Large area with 17 exam rooms Urgent Care
Connection: Walk-ins are treated and then transitioned to
outpatient care, capturing and scheduling follow-ups - a great way
to attract new patients without a PCP! Equipment on Site: EKG AED
