Job Description:
Join HCA Healthcare as an Emergency Room Nurse and be a part of

you will work closely within our emergency departments, where the
pace is fast and each day presents complex challenges and
opportunities to impact lives. The ideal candidate will have a
robust knowledge of emergency care processes and a strong
commitment to improving human life through expert emergency
interventions and compassionate patient interactions. Assess and
prioritize patient needs upon arrival. Administer medications,
perform procedures, and monitor patient recovery and reactions.
Document patient care services by charting in patient and
department records. Collaborate with healthcare professionals from
other disciplines to plan, implement, and evaluate patient
treatment plans. Educate patients and their families on treatment
plans, conditions, and options. Maintain a safe and clean working
environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Proficient in clinical skills specific to emergency nursing.
Ability to handle high-stress situations and make decisions under
pressure. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with medical software and electronic health records.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Registered Nurse (RN) license. Certification in Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support
(PALS). Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) certification
preferred.
