be considered. An opportunity is available for an experienced
Registered Nurse specializing in Operating Room care, located in
Alpharetta, GA. This contract role centers on delivering
high-quality perioperative nursing care within a collaborative
interdisciplinary team focused on patient safety and service
excellence. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive nursing
processes including assessment, diagnosis, planning,
implementation, and evaluation based on evidence-based practices.
Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to
individual needs and cultural backgrounds. Collaborate effectively
with healthcare teams to coordinate and document safe, quality
care. Participate actively in performance improvement initiatives,
shared governance, and professional development activities. Serve
as a mentor or preceptor to nursing staff and students, fostering a
qualified workforce and healthy work environment. Uphold compliance
with healthcare system policies, legal and accreditation standards,
including patient safety goals. Assist in developing protocols to
improve patient outcomes and resource use. Qualifications and
Experience: Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor of
Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Current RN license
(state-specific or compact). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
required at hire. Minimum of 3 years circulating experience in an
operating room setting preferred. Strong clinical, critical
thinking, and communication skills. Ability to manage fast-paced
and emergency situations calmly and efficiently. Proficient with
basic computer skills and technology use in clinical care.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:15 AM 3:30 PM One 24-hour on-call
shift per weekend each month Minimum of 2 major and 2 minor
