Manchester Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in our facility’s efforts to provide high-quality nursing care for the well-being of our residents. This position involves direct patient care activities, working under the supervision of registered nurses and doctors, focusing primarily on the recovery from surgery, injuries, or serious illnesses. Our facility offers a supportive work environment where the dedication to healing and patient care is paramount. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions. Assist with basic patient care activities, including but not limited to, bathing, feeding, dressing, vital signs, and collecting samples for testing. Administer prescribed medications and observe patients' reactions. Collaborate with registered nurses to create effective care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality. Educate patients and their families on illness prevention and health maintenance. Strong nursing skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Detail-oriented and capable of managing stress. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current LPN license in the state of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
