Health to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Knoxville,
Tennessee, 37916! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing

ACLS AWHONN BLS NIHSS NRP Must-Have: Two years of experience in
Labor and Delivery Description: This position requires a Registered
Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery. The nurse will float to
the Mother/Baby unit based on staffing needs. The nurse-patient
ratio in the Labor and Delivery unit is 1:2. The nurse must be
experienced with high-risk deliveries and assist with procedures
such as C-sections. On-call shifts are required at a specified
frequency. Weekend shifts are expected every other weekend or two
weekends per month. The nurse will be responsible for assessing and
monitoring maternal-fetal conditions. Experience with common
interventions and therapies in labor and delivery is essential.
Certifications in required areas must be current before starting.
Nurses will participate as part of an interdisciplinary team for
comprehensive patient care. This position demands strong clinical
skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must be willing to comply with all floating policies.
The role involves responsibilities such as patient education and
support throughout the labor process. No requests for time off
during specified holidays will be accommodated. The nurse must
possess effective communication skills and promote a positive
