Requirements: • Active state license in any State, Territory, or
Commonwealth of the US • BC • DEA • BLS, ACLS • At least one year
of experience Duties & Responsibilities: • Serve as an Advanced
Practice Nurse in a correctional facility, providing primary health
care to inmates. • Deliver comprehensive assessment and management
of uncomplicated acute conditions and stable chronic health
problems • Emphasize patient education, counseling, continuity of
care, health promotion, disease prevention, and management •
Collaborate with physicians and adhere to established clinical
guidelines when making patient management decisions • Manage the
daily operations of outpatient and inpatient departments, including
conducting daily sick call • Perform comprehensive physical and
psychosocial assessments, including health maintenance screenings
and risk evaluations
