OBGYN Opening in Morristown, TNKnoxville 48mSeeking a OBGYN to join its Morristown-based outpatient team. This position offers an excellent work/life balance, a collegial environment, and a supportive team of Nurse Practitioners and specialists. Outpatient-only OB/GYN care (Monday-Friday schedule) No OB call required Option to perform outpatient surgeries (not required) Complex surgical cases referred to a central regional office Deliveries and procedures for OB/GYN patients coordinated through a nearby tertiary care center Supervision of 2 Nurse Practitioners 200 hours of paid CTO per year (includes 40 hours CME) Immediate patient base and access to a large regional referral network, including high-risk maternal-fetal medicine supportCompensation & Benefits Base salary: $250,000/year Productivity bonus available $5,000 annual CME stipend Comprehensive healthcare benefits Health insurance Optional dental and vision plans 401(k) with 6% employer match (up to the legal maximum) Supplemental life insurance ($750,000) Paid malpractice insurance Full reimbursement for licensure, dues, and subscriptions Relocation assistance availablePractice EnvironmentThis regional women's health group is one of the most comprehensive OB/GYN practices in the area.
