What You ll Do
- Provide neonatology coverage for a Level-III
NICU within a highly collaborative physician-led team
- Participate in a 3-physician neonatal staffing
model to ensure collaborative clinical coverage
- Perform daily rounding in the NICU and newborn
settings
- Provide clinical oversight and management for
critically ill and premature infants
- Support admissions, stabilization, and ongoing
management of neonatal patients
- Collaborate closely with nursing staff, NNPs, and
multidisciplinary care teams
- Participate in a home-call coverage rotation
for NICU responsibilities
What You Need
Required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in
Neonatology (Neonatologist)
Preferred
- Experience in Level-III NICU or neonatal
hospitalist/neonatology care (years not specified)
- Strong teamwork and communication with NNPs and
multidisciplinary care teams
