Koch Foods, a leader in the poultry processing industry, is seeking a skilled Debone Plant Supervisor to oversee operations at one of our key production facilities. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient and safe deboning of poultry, maintaining our commitment to delivering high-quality products to our clients. The Debone Plant Supervisor will lead a team dedicated to upholding the highest standards of food safety, quality, and productivity. Oversee the daily operations of the debone department, ensuring compliance with all company and regulatory policies. Manage and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency. Implement and enforce strict quality control and food safety measures to meet company and legal standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold health and safety regulations. Train new workers in the proper techniques and safety protocols for poultry deboning. Optimize workflows to enhance productivity while reducing costs. Prepare reports on departmental performance and productivity for upper management. Address and resolve any issues related to equipment or personnel. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Knowledge of meat processing and deboning Proficiency in quality control and safety compliance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving and team management skills HACCP Certification OSHA Safety Certification
