Job Description:
As a leading food service provider, Aramark is seeking a
dedicated and experienced Catering Lead Cook to join our dynamic
team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role is
pivotal in managing kitchen operations during catering events,
ensuring culinary excellence, and adhering to health and safety
standards. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding cooking
skills, leadership ability, and a passion for providing

presentation of food for catering events ensuring high standards of
taste and appearance. Manage and train kitchen staff on proper

client requirements. Maintain inventory levels and order supplies
while managing budget constraints. Ensure compliance with all
health and safety regulations within the kitchen area. Troubleshoot
any issues that arise during events and provide solutions to
maintain service quality. Strong leadership and team management
skills. Excellent cooking and culinary arts skills with a focus on
quality and creativity. Ability to perform well under pressure
during high-volume service times. Experience in menu planning and
execution according to client needs. Proficient in maintaining
sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen. Medical Insurance
