Director of Food and Beverage As the Director of Food and Beverage , you will lead all F&B operations, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and profitability across restaurants, bars, and banquets. You’ll oversee staffing, budgeting, and guest satisfaction while driving innovation and efficiency. This leadership role requires a strong hospitality background, attention to detail, and a passion for creating outstanding dining experiences. Key Responsibilities You will be the visionary leader of our hotel's dining experiences, overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations. Your daily tasks will include managing food and beverage staff, developing innovative menus and offerings, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction. You will report to the General Manager or Hotel Operations Manager. A career as a director of food and beverage can lead to various executive-level opportunities within the hospitality industry, such as regional food and beverage director, general manager, or even corporate-level positions. Education & Experience Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have: A college degree or two years of hotel experience Previous experience in this exact position (preferred) Previous experience in a similar or related position (required) What You’ll Need to Succeed Eligible to work in the United States Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
