Oversees installation and maintenance of structured cabling systems.


Leads teams or manages subcontractors.


Works with systems including Wi-Fi, DAS, AV, tower sites, and microwave radio.


Responsible for power systems and ensuring industry-standard connectivity.



Required Qualifications

Experience:

1+ year installing Cat5e, Cat6, Fiber, AV, DAS, Coax, Ekahau


1+ year in a leadership role




Technical Skills:

Circuit/electrical understanding


OSHA 10 a plus


Cable termination, J-hooks, conduit, RJ45, coax




Physical:

Ability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, tight spaces, long standing




Tools/Equipment: Must have own basic hand tools and safety gear



Education & Certifications

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)


Post-secondary certificate in related training


DOT Certification


Clean background check and drug test required


Valid Driver's License


Must be able to travel for up to 6-8 weeks at a time

Pulling and routing cables


Low-voltage wiring


Support structure installation


Wireless infrastructure setup


Cleanroom installations


Equipment grounding


Attending daily meetings and trainings


Representing the company professionally at client sites



Work Environment

Frequently working from ladders, lifts, roofs


Outdoor and high-place work required


Visual color differentiation is essential


Classified as Category II for blood/fluid exposure risk
