for developing and executing employee communications strategies and
programs. Partners in the integration of communication strategies
across the company. Provides leadership and direction for multiple
functional areas. Manages employees at manager, supervisor and
professional levels. Ensures appropriate resources to achieve
financial and business objectives. Influences, shapes and
integrates strategy for functional area(s). Job Description Core
Responsibilities Develops and oversees Employee Communications
initiatives designed to support key business objectives, long-term
goals and projects. Oversees the end?to?end development and
execution of employee communications, from strategy and messaging
through delivery, using company?approved tools to provide employees
with clear messaging and relevant business, industry, and
competitive context for all key initiatives. Establishes company
best practices for communications and persistently researches new
industry communications practices. Writes, edits and directs
company-wide communications. Develops and executes on key
communications channels and strategies. Works directly with
individual systems and functional areas to build awareness and use
of corporate communications vehicles. Develops, mentors and
oversees staff, both directly and indirectly. Participates in
training and performance reviews. Consistent exercise of
independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance,
including advising senior leaders on key communications execution
and strategies. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must
be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and
overtime as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as
