Job Description:
What You'll Do The HRIS Professional will perform the following
duties and responsibilities: Serves as HR functional for HR Master
Data, using tools such as SAP and SuccessFactors. Serves as the
coordinator in working with the Technical Leads to communicate
detailed requirements for policy, legal changes, data conversions,
and efficiency programming. Develops conversion plans, writes test
plans, performs necessary testing, and monitors tasks for
completion. Provides technical support, troubleshooting, training,
and guidance to HRIS users. Collaborates with staff and managers to
identify possible system improvements and enhancements; recommends
solutions to upper-level team members. Evaluates security profiles
within HR and Payroll to ensure accurate accesses to various areas
of the HR modules are protected. Generates reports/queries,
including developing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of
reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Ensures
system compliance with data security and privacy requirements;
develops user procedures. Maintains knowledge of trends and
developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.
Collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate
application of upgrades or fixes. Maintains HRIS system tables and
documents processes and results. Helps maintain data integrity in
systems by running queries and analyzing data. Corrects any errors
upon identification to maintain accurate records. Performs other

regardless of their current clearance status. The ability to obtain
and maintain a Department of Energy Q clearance is required. You
will be working at the Y-12 National Security Complex, managed by
Consolidated Nuclear Security, LLC. Minimum Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience working
with SAP in Human Resources space. Master's degree: Minimum 1 year
of relevant experience working with SAP in Human Resources space.
Ten or more years of relevant education, training, and/or
progressive experience may be considered to satisfy the educational
and years of experience required for this posting. Experience with
SAP SuccessFactors and understanding of how data is maintained
between SAP on-premise and SuccessFactors. Demonstrated work
experience in functional areas of Human Resources. Preferred Job
Requirements Experience in working with payroll related to HR data.
Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or
issues consistent with standards, practices/policies, procedures,
or DOE requirements. Experience with SAP and/or SuccessFactors or
other HRIS systems.
