Position Description: CGI is seeking a passionate, detail-driven
Business Systems Analyst to empower our Payment Integrity team.

Business Systems Analyst, you will serve as the strategic bridge
between business objectives and cutting-edge technical solutions.
You will partner closely with engineering teams, leadership, and
customers to define requirements, architect scalable solutions, and
drive delivery within a fast-moving, evolving environment. Your
expertise in identifying business needs, translating them into
clear, actionable specifications, and guiding execution will be
essential to delivering meaningful outcomes. Step into a

impact. Your future duties and responsibilities: As a Business
Systems Analyst, you will be instrumental in transforming
conceptual ideas into robust, real-world solutions. You will
collaborate closely with internal and external partners to uncover
business requirements, translate them into comprehensive system
specifications, and guide them from inception to deployment. From
initial design through rigorous testing and launch, you will play a
key role in shaping innovative features that enhance functionality,
elevate usability, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements Translation: Convert complex business processes and
functional needs into structured documentation, including use
cases, user stories, and process flows. Agile Collaboration:
Partner with Scrum Masters, Project Managers, QA teams, and
developers to support seamless delivery within Agile frameworks.
Facilitation: Lead and facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD)
sessions to gather requirements, analyze impacts, and define
solution artifacts. System & Data Analysis: Perform detailed
analysis across platform components and enterprise data sources.
Technical Literacy: Apply strong analytical and technical skills to
interpret and communicate architectural concepts (e.g., SOA, data
models, web/mobile application design, and infrastructure). UX
Partnership: Collaborate with UX teams to influence and refine
mobile and web user experience designs. Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical
stakeholders through clear, concise verbal and written reporting.
Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement
initiatives within Agile/SCRUM methodologies. Data Proficiency:
Utilize SQL and other query tools to analyze data; experience with
data mapping, transformation, and data movement is a distinct
advantage. Cross-Functional Alignment: Work collaboratively across
diverse groups to facilitate productive discussions and ensure
organizational alignment. Adaptability: Operate effectively in a
dynamic environment with shifting priorities, maintaining a high
level of organization and meticulous attention to detail. Quality
Assurance: Participate in testing activities; collaborate with QA
to define, evaluate, and refine test scenarios and acceptance
criteria. Business Acumen: Partner closely with Product Owners,
Business Leads, and Program Managers to solve complex problems.
Project Management: Apply project management principles and best
practices gained from structured project environments. Domain
Expertise: Experience in healthcare and familiarity with mobile/web
technologies is highly preferred. Required qualifications to be
successful in this role: Experience: 5 years of experience
analyzing business processes and application systems. Domain
Requirement: Functional Business Analysis expertise in Healthcare
Payment Integrity is required. Agile Proficiency: Demonstrated
experience supporting Agile delivery in partnership with Scrum
Masters, Project Managers, QA, and development teams. Analytical
Depth: Strong background in system and data analysis across
enterprise-level platforms and services. Architectural
Understanding: Ability to understand and articulate technical
architecture concepts, including Service Oriented Architecture
(SOA), data modeling, application design, and infrastructure
components. User Experience: Experience collaborating with UX teams
to influence web and mobile interfaces. Methodology: Practical
knowledge of Agile and SCRUM methodologies with hands-on sprint
execution experience. Technical Tools: Proficiency with SQL and
database query tools; experience with data mapping and
transformation is highly desirable. Platform Customization:
Experience creating workflows, templates, and customizations for
team collaboration platforms. Modeling Skills: Ability to develop
and interpret technical diagrams, such as process flows, data
flows, sequence diagrams, and other modeling artifacts. Innovation:
Experience using AI tools and techniques to enhance efficiency and
solution quality is a significant plus. Healthcare Claims: 3 years
of experience specifically working with healthcare claims and/or
Payment Integrity. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
preferred. Other Information: CGI is required by law in some

range for this role. The determination of this range includes
various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience,
relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the
ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does
not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their
role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and
circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current
range for this role in the U.S. is $71,700.00 - $153,300.00. CGI's
