What You’ll Be Doing Operate a ready-mix truck safely and efficiently to deliver concrete to customer job sites. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness and safety. Communicate professionally with customers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. Maintain accurate delivery documentation and follow required procedures. Support plant and yard operations as needed, including routine upkeep of equipment. What Are We Looking For Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and follow all applicable regulations. Strong focus on safety, reliability, and customer service. Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Skill in performing basic vehicle inspections and identifying issues. Commitment to teamwork and maintaining a positive, professional attitude. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
