Role Overview The Receiving & Inventory Associate is responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and storing inbound materials while maintaining inventory accuracy within PayRange systems. Key Responsibilities Receive inbound shipments from suppliers and internal transfers Verify quantities, part numbers, serial numbers, and condition against purchase orders and packing slips Accurately record receipts in ERP systems in real time Label, barcode, and put away inventory into assigned storage locations Perform cycle counts and support periodic physical inventory counts Maintain clean, organized, and clearly labeled storage locations Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or inventory issues Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent Previous receiving or inventory experience preferred Experience with ERP systems and barcode scanning tools is an asset Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in a warehouse environment Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
