Job Description Job Description Repairman Millwood is accepting
applications for the Repairman position. The job responsibilities
include assisting with hands-on physical labor and the operation of
machinery with the goal of streamlining company production and the

to: Plant Manager and floor supervisors Position summary: The
primary function is to repair pallets. Duties include: Must observe
all safety guidelines and protocol. Inspects and repairs pallets
for defects including, but not limited to, broken boards and
blocks, missing components, nail defects, debris, and
contamination. Correct defects that do not meet specification
criteria. Lift and carry materials as needed Ensure materials and
products are properly stored to conserve space and comply with
safety procedures. Assist in waste disposal and recycling
activities. Sort and stack pallets and materials by size and grade
utilizing APC methods Complete and turn in all required
documentation in a timely manner. Assures compliance with
appropriate safety practices and procedures with applicable
federal, State and local codes, OSHA regulations and requirements.
Clean and maintain all responsible work areas in an organized
manner. All other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications:
Ability to read and interpret imperial system. Successful
completion of pneumatic nailer training. High school diploma or GED
Equivalent Related experience is preferred. Good oral and written
communication skills Basic math skills Our ideal candidate is:

drug test You must be 18 years of age Physically able to lift 50lbs

reach and other physical tasks during an 8-10-hour shift. Must
maintain safe and tidy workspace Ability to understand and complete

Insurance Starting Pay Rate: $14.00/$18.00 hr, based on production
