We are seeking a Supply Excellence Program Coach - Focused Improvement/Lean. Remote Position The MSE (TPM) Coach for Focused Improvement/Lean is a critical member of the Supply Excellence team accountable for the regional implementation and success of the FI Pillar. As the Regional FI Pillar leader, they are responsible for direction setting and transformative change at all layers of the organization by:Partnering with the Regional MSE team to develop and support the overall implementation strategy for MSE (particularly FI and Lean).Partnering with the Global FI Pillar leaders to create a 5-year vision and long-term strategy for FI Pillar progression within the Sites which includes:Developing or supporting the development of training materials needed to create this vision (including lean deployment and value stream mapping).Implementing a coaching and auditing process to ensure successful implementation of this strategy.Building capability of all FI pillar leaders enabling them to build site capability. What would be your key responsibilities?Be an active and contributing member of the MSE Team guiding and supporting the overall regional/global strategy.Leading transformative change within the factories focused on the FI Pillar.Building FI capabilities at all layers of the organization through each pillars Essential Elements of MSE. What are we looking for?Bachelors degree or comparable, relevant work experienceMinimum 8 years manufacturing experience (CPG preferred)Minimum 5 years TPM or lean manufacturing experienceValue stream mapping experience - PreferredProven experience as a coach/trainer/mentor. Ability to manage stakeholders and influence without authority. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to set priorities. Process and detail oriented with a hands-on approach.Depending on the project and at which location, travel can be at times up to 70%.
