Job Description:
DescriptionPosition DescriptionThe Call Center Sales
Representative will interact with, and be the liaison for, both
current and potential patients. A successful CCSR will be able to
accept ownership for effectively and empathetically providing
assistance and direction through the intake process. This position
will be responsible for scheduling patients and gathering pertinent
and non-routine information to ensure they are routed to the proper
clinic and treatment. Keeping customer satisfaction is at the core
of every decision and behavior. Spanish speakers highly
preferred.Position DutiesMaintain compliance with all call center
policies and proceduresManage large amounts of inbound and outbound
calls in a timely mannerAnswer inbound referrals from multiple
sourcesFollow communication scripts based on identification of
customers needsClose calls by setting appointmentClarify
information, research every issue and provide solutionsMastery of
multiple product linesMaintain Database(s) (NextGen, Case Manager,
Dialogue Tech, Sales Force, etc.)Required Skills (What you must
have)High School Diploma0-3 years experience in a call center2-4
years experience in a customer service sales roleHave good
telephone skillsFamiliarity with Microsoft OfficeWillingness to
adapt and continuously learn new information/systemsBe detail
oriented and task focused to ensure all policies and procedures are
followedDesired Skills (what we would like you to have)Bilingual
(Spanish) requiredPrevious experience with Personal Injury and/or
Medical CentersFamiliarity with CRM systems and practicesBe
success-driven and metrics focused?Extreme compassion to help those
