A company is looking for a Lead Scheduling Operations Specialist
to manage patient and family scheduling needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Scheduling Operations Specialists,
providing training and coaching
Oversee patient onboarding by scheduling initial intake sessions
and ensuring a positive experience
Collaborate with providers to manage schedules and improve
operational efficiency
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in health sciences, business administration,
communications, or a relevant field required
4+ years of experience in a customer/patient success or support
role
Previous direct people management or mentoring experience
preferred
Knowledge of HIPAA policies and procedures
Proficient with digital, cloud-based communication and software
platforms
