Job Description:

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support high-volume hiring teams.
Key Responsibilities

Build and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver tailored outreach
Identify and engage passive candidates through various sourcing channels

Required Qualifications

BS/BA degree
1+ years of experience in sourcing and recruiting
Proven experience in sourcing top talent in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Strong proficiency in using Greenhouse or similar ATS
Demonstrated ability to attract high-caliber candidates using various methods
