General Summary We are looking for a creative, experienced Content Strategist to become a key member of our agile Marketing team. You will be responsible for planning, developing, executing, and analyzing a wide range of digital and print content for various campaigns and projects. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions) Content Development Storyteller, supporting corporate goals through marketing and educational content Ability to turn complex concepts into digestible, relevant, and engaging digital and visual content Motivated to connect with audiences through their journey in digital and print avenues Know-how to implement content with SEO best practices and guidelines Strategy Develop content roadmap and editorial calendar that intertwines with all areas of the business Implement content marketing strategies to align with business goals Guide content creation, platforms to use, and how and where to execute Recommend and implement new features and content types to support goals to increase brand engagement Analytics Strong skills in understanding what metrics to measure and ability to interpret next steps Report on key metrics that ties back to content pieces and keywords Maintain, analyze and optimize acquisition and retention efforts Drive traffic that translates into brand awareness, engagement, and customers Collaboration Collaborate with the Marketing team and internal clients to assess needs to deliver final assets Partner with the Creative team to build cohesive campaigns Implement and follow project timelines and plan specific campaigns Mentor and lead junior content team members Job Specifications 3-5 years' experience as a content marketing professional creating content that resonates with consumers Possess a solid ability to develop strategic content plans that support the goals of the business Ability to produce content on your own for various mediums and platforms Proven content marketing skills with examples of short and long term content Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics Ability to multitask within specific time constraints, budgets, and business goals Willing to share your knowledge with others Exceptional communication skills
