Eaton's Electrical sector is currently seeking a Material Handler for the Weld Dept to join our 2nd shift team. This position is based at our Cleveland, TN facility. Hourly Rate is $18.94 plus 5% shift differential. We provide benefits that are industry competitive and focused on employee well-being. Unload trucks and check freight bills accordingly. Return materials back to stock. Maintain all documentation accordingly. Wear all safety equipment and observe all hygiene requirements as specified and directed. Act as back-up to other material handlers as needed in different sections. Locate material when required by other material handlers, internal customers or supervisors. Record transactions consistent with established procedures. Train new employees Position Criteria: Lift 40 pounds repeatedly and able to safely team lift items exceeding that weight Stand/walk for a working shift Work overtime as necessary. Provide support for other departments as needed. Perform work in a manner that supports Eaton's Quality standards and systems Be responsible for following all safety policies and procedures and wearing proper PPE. QualificationsBasic Qualifications: Must have a High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Cleveland, TN will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
