Job Description:

A company is looking for a Quality Business Process Analyst.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinates and completes projects across various functional areas supporting Quality campaign initiatives
Leads project management initiatives and performs moderately complex business analysis
Tracks project status and manages documentation of assigned processes, including workflows and policies

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED
3+ years of associated business experience in the healthcare industry
1-3+ years of experience with process improvement initiatives
1+ year of HEDIS / Star experience
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookups
