Job Description:
A company is looking for a Production Lead to drive the roadmap
and execution of mobile game titles.
Key Responsibilities
Spearhead the production of top-tier card games and manage the full
product lifecycle
Lead multidisciplinary teams to align priorities and ensure timely
delivery of projects
Define and track KPIs, anticipate production risks, and provide
actionable feedback on game builds
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in mobile game production, with at least 3
years in a senior role
Proven track record of launching and scaling successful mobile
games, especially in casual or card genres
Strong understanding of mobile free-to-play game design and
monetization strategies
Hands-on experience managing art, game design, and development
pipelines in cross-functional teams
Familiarity with Agile development practices and production
tracking tools
