DriveLine Retail, a leader in providing comprehensive merchandising services, is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee retail operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing high-volume resets, conducting retail audits, and ensuring services align with consumer demands and store specifications. As a District Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our services, fostering strong relationships with store managers, and driving operational success in your district. Oversee daily operations across multiple retail locations within the district. Ensure all store activities comply with company policies and procedures. Manage and execute high-volume product resets and retail audits. Develop and maintain relationships with store managers and other key personnel. Train, mentor, and evaluate store managers and staff to enhance performance. Analyze sales data and market trends to assist in product alignment and merchandising strategies. Prepare and manage the district budget, set financial targets, and monitor expenditure. Address customer complaints and issues swiftly and professionally. Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in data analysis and financial planning Adept at problem-solving and decision-making Capable of managing and executing large-scale merchandising projects Strong communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Retail Manager (CRM) preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
