Business is booming, Cleveland Ford, a Hudson Automotive Company, is now hiring for a Business Development Coordinator (BDC) in our Sales department.

Automotive industry experience is not a requirement.-- We have an exceptional training program. -- Prior phone customer service/sales, retail sales, or hospitality experience translate well for this role.

      What youll do


      • Communicates effectively, whether by phone, by email, or in person.
      • Maintains a prospect tracking and follow-up schedule within our customer database.
      • Makes outbound prospecting calls inviting prospects to the dealership.
      • Contacts customers for retention and loyalty opportunities to upgrade their vehicle.
      • Contacts all no-show appointments to reschedule for a later time.
      • Constantly update and purify customer records.
      • Other tasks as assigned.
