Responsibilities:

--- Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
--- Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
--- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
What You'll Be Doing:
--- Building Relationships: Connect with clients and other agents in the industry.
--- Lead Follow-Up: Keep in touch with leads to grow your pipeline.
--- Easy Closings: Write offers, set & attend meetings with clients to get listings and contracts, communicate with team leaders & title companies, etc.
--- Local Expert: Stay up-to-date with local market knowledge.
--- Prospecting: Actively seek out new business to drive sales growth.

Qualifications:

--- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
--- Tech savvy
--- A successful and proven sales history is preferred
--- Self-Motivated: Able to work independently and get things done.
--- Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is a plus.
--- Organized: Great time management and organizational skills.
--- Be Adaptable: Willing to learn new tools and systems.
