Responsibilities:
--- Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure
paperwork is filled out accurately and legally
--- Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental
studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in
their decision making process
--- Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business
purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to
the client
--- Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and
efficient manner to ensure superior customer service
--- Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order
to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements
Qualifications:
--- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
--- Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising
--- Proven negotiating and communication skills
--- Independent and self motivated
--- Skilled in industry practices and lease language
