a leading retailer specializing in luxury watches and fine jewelry,
serving the discerning clientele of Atlanta, Georgia and the
surrounding area. We are currently seeking a proven and effective,
luxury jewelry and timepiece associate to complement our highly
driven and successful family-owned business. ROLES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES The Brown & Company Sales Associate will make the
client their primary focus. Their goal is to establish strong
client relationships by listening to and anticipating client needs.
They should have a passion for timepieces and fine jewelry. Provide
exceptional client service and build relationships to drive sales
and build loyalty. Focus on relationship building through
clienteling, sourcing new clients and building long-term
relationships with existing clients. Provide the highest form of a
luxury experience with active listening and empathy. Utilize
storytelling and technical detail to present products to clients.
Organize jewelry and timepieces in the showroom, ensuring a visibly
appealing and accessible presentation for clients. Facilitate sales
transactions with professionalism and integrity. Ensuring client
satisfaction at every step. Ability to use CRM and other hardware
and software as required. Complete administrative tasks as
necessary to support the client. Assist with client repairs when
required. Fulfill the expectations of the position by meeting KPIs
and training requirements. If necessary, turn clients over to
another team member to ensure the client receives the best possible
service. Ensure as many clients as possible leave with a Brown Bag;
Relaying our gratitude to be involved in their momentous occasion.
Adhere to dress code standards. Business-related travel as
required. Perform all other duties as assigned. REQUIRED
QUALIFICATIONS 2 years of experience in luxury retail, luxury
hospitality or a related field preferred. Commitment to uphold all
partner brand expectations. Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills. With a customer-centric mindset. Ability to
thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with a passion
for continuous learning and improvement. Ability to work
cross-functionally with different teams. Highly organized with the
ability to follow up in a timely manner. Flexibility to work
weekends or evenings as needed to accommodate showroom hours.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS Must have authorization to work in the United
States. Required to stand for long periods of time. May be required
to lift packages/boxes up to 25 pounds. COMPENSATION Competitive
