This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment and is passionate about helping businesses protect their assets. The ideal candidate will already be licensed in Property & Casualty insurance and have a strong understanding of commercial insurance products. Responsibilities: Prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities in the commercial insurance market Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and renewals Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM Collaborate with account managers and underwriters to ensure a seamless client experience Requirements: Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required) 2 years of experience in commercial insurance sales or a related field preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Proficient with digital tools and CRM platforms
