yearly Responsibilities: Guide clients through property tours,
ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions.
Collaborate with our sales team to schedule and coordinate property
showings efficiently. Provide timely and accurate feedback to the
sales team after each showing to enhance client experience. Utilize
our training resources to continuously improve your real estate
knowledge and sales skills. Maintain a professional and welcoming
demeanor, fostering trust and rapport with clients. Assist in
generating leads by actively participating in community events and
networking opportunities. Ensure all client interactions are
documented accurately in our CRM system for seamless follow-up and
communication. Qualifications: Active Real Estate License or
willingness to obtain one. Experience in real estate or sales is
preferred, but a strong desire to learn and grow is essential.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, ensuring they feel
informed and supported throughout the property showing process.
Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to
achieve common goals. Strong organizational skills to manage
multiple property showings and client interactions efficiently.
Proficiency in using CRM systems to document client interactions
and ensure seamless follow-up. Ability to maintain a professional
and welcoming demeanor, fostering trust and rapport with clients.
