we grow our team! Role Description As a Junior Account Manager with
DynamiX, you will work with amazing companies from Atlanta and
beyond. Your role is to serve as a primary point of contact for
client needs, help educate clients on Octane and current best
practices and keep clients updated on internal initiatives. In the
process of providing those services, you will forge some awesome
long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. This is an
in-office, full-time position, in Kennesaw, GA. We are looking to
fill this position immediately. Responsibilities Operate as the
primary point of contact for any and all matters specific to your
customers and their projects. Build and maintain strong,
long-lasting client relationships. Ensure the timely and successful
delivery of our solutions according to the project scope. Maintain
and expand relationships with existing customers by continuously
proposing solutions that meet their objectives and improve their
projects. Keep timely contact with clients through regular emails,
phone calls, and appointments. Analyze client needs and develop
strategic solutions and content flows. Manage ongoing support for
retainer and non-retainer clients. Develop a thorough understanding
of Octane, our CMS platform. Benefits and Perks Comprehensive

communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects,
while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Strong organizational,
presentation, and customer service skills. Strong technical
proficiency. Team player: effectively able to drive execution and
own responsibility for the overall success of implementations.
