Specialist Position Overview The Client Experience Specialist is a
client-facing execution role responsible for supporting aircraft
transactions from early prospecting through closing. This position
serves as a key coordination and communication partner across
Sales, Technical, Research, Marketing, and Engagement & Closing,
helping ensure clarity, momentum, and follow-through throughout the
deal lifecycle. This role is designed for someone who thrives in
fast-paced environments, enjoys working closely with people, and
takes pride in keeping complex processes running smoothly. It is
not a traditional sales role and does not carry a sales quota. What
You’ll Do Sales Enablement & Deal Support Partner closely with
Sales leadership to support prospecting and active transactions
Maintain visibility across deal stages, follow-ups, and next steps
Prepare agendas, notes, and action items for sales-related meetings
Travel to support audits, inspections, pre-purchase processes, and
closings as needed Project Management & Coordination Own deal
setup, timelines, checklists, and trackers within internal systems
Coordinate calendars across internal teams, clients, vendors, and
third parties Anticipate risks, bottlenecks, or misalignment and
proactively surface solutions Client & External Communication
Support professional, high-touch client communication Coordinate
with escrow companies, maintenance facilities, program providers,
and other third parties Help ensure a seamless, well-orchestrated
client experience Cross-Functional Collaboration Work daily with
Technical, Research, Marketing, and Engagement & Closing teams Step
in to fill gaps and maintain deal momentum when needed Contribute
to process improvement and documentation efforts This Role Is a

Required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
0–3 years of experience in sales, finance, aviation, consulting,
analytics, or a client-facing professional environment Demonstrated
interest in sales, business development, or client advisory roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to
detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities Analytical
mindset with comfort working with data, research, and reporting
tools Willingness to learn and operate within CRM, project
management, and research systems Coachable, self-motivated, and
comfortable receiving direct feedback Ability to work in a
fast-paced, performance-driven environment Ability to manage
priorities, stay ahead of details, and manage up effectively
Comfort working directly with clients and senior professionals
Willingness to travel as part of active transactions Team-first,
service-oriented mindset Preferred Exposure to CRM systems
(ClickUp, HubSpot, or similar) Experience supporting sales teams,
deal execution, or transactional workflows Familiarity with
