Job description: At North Knox CDJR, we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to inventory management, effective communication skills, and the ability to engage with customers both in-person and over the phone. As a Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction. Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Responsibilities - Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life - Conduct outbound sales activities to attract potential customer. - Negotiate and close sales deals effectively - Provide sales support to customers throughout the buying process - Utilize sales management software to track leads and customer interactions - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of various car models and features - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to inform customers accurately - Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business - Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations - Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses - Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day Qualifications - Available to work flexible hours and weekends - Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred - Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve - Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members - Professional, well-groomed personal appearance - Clean driving record and valid driver’s license - Must pass pre-employment drug screen If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and cars, we invite you to apply for the Automotive Sales Associate position with us.
