Job Title: MODULE PRODUCTION SHIFT LEAD Company Location: - White GA 30184 USA Roles and Responsibilities: As a Module Production Shift Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our production team, ensuring that we meet our high standards of quality and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and motivating a diverse team to achieve production targets. - Overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. - Collaborating with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. - Conducting training and development for team members to enhance skills and productivity. - Monitoring production metrics and reporting progress to management. - Facilitating effective communication within the team and across departments to foster collaboration.
