Job Description:

Clean Harbors is looking for a dedicated Hydroblast Technician to join our team, supporting environmental sustainability and industrial safety across North America. As a valued member of our squad, youll engage directly in highly specialized services such as high-pressure water blasting and other hydroblasting techniques to clean, clear, and maintain industrial sites. By contributing to our mission, you will help us in protecting the environment by ensuring that industrial facilities minimize their environmental footprints and comply with regulatory standards. Operate high-pressure hydroblasting equipment to clean heavy industrial sites including refineries, power plants, and storage tanks. Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while conducting industrial cleaning tasks. Inspect, maintain, and manage hydroblasting equipment before, during, and after operations. Collaborate with environmental scientists and other professionals to safely dispose of hazardous waste and contaminants. Record and report task completions and discrepancies in operational logs. Participate in training and emergency response drills. Proficiency in operating high-pressure water pumps and related equipment Strong understanding of industrial facility regulations and safety standards Ability to work in physically demanding environments and wearing personal protective equipment Exceptional teamwork and communication skills Medical Insurance 401k OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) certification Valid Driver’s License
