Williamson Health and Wellness Center is seeking a skilled Medical Lab Technologist (MLS/MLT) to join our innovative team in Williamson, WV. In this role, you will perform various laboratory tests to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of health conditions. Our center emphasizes tailored healthcare solutions, giving you the opportunity to work directly with meaningful community-driven initiatives. You will utilize state-of-the-art laboratory technology to analyze specimens, aid in quality control, and ensure the accuracy of results, supporting our mission to enhance community health. Conduct chemical, biological, hematological, immunologic, microscopic, and bacteriological tests. Prepare samples for examination and analyze body fluids and cells. Operate, calibrate, and maintain equipment used in quantitative and qualitative analysis. Implement and monitor programs that ensure data accuracy and laboratory safety. Collaborate with healthcare providers to discuss patient results and diagnoses. Proficient in clinical laboratory technology procedures Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain meticulous records Capable of manual dexterity for delicate sample preparation and instrument manipulation Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) from the ASCP or equivalent.
