Description Foster Care Coordinator Location: Smyrna, TN (Community-based) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: 19.23 hourly Date Posted: 03/19/2026 About the Role Clarvida is seeking a Foster Care Coordinator to support foster families and ensure the safety, stability, and well-being of children placed in care. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between foster parents, children, internal teams, and community partners while ensuring compliance with state regulations and program standards. This is a community-based position that requires strong relationship-building skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while supporting families through every stage of the foster care process.
