Start Date:November 29, 2023 Coverage Needs Details: Outpatient
Setting No Call (Regularly Scheduled Shifts) Facility is accepting
multiple providers Candidate Requirements Must have an active GA
license Minimum Board Status: Board Eligible Required
Certifications: BLS Job Details EMR: Epic (Training required as
part of the onboarding process. Cannot be completed until
credentialing is complete) Patients per shift: 20 Est Credentialing
Timeframe: 30 days Support: 1 RN, 2 MA s, 1 APP, 3 Office Staff
Looking for provider to work M-F (8am to 5pm in clinic) Provider
will be required to prescribe narcotics
