seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full Time 2n d shift LPN
Floor Nurse to join our team in Knoxville, TN. This role involves
providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring
their health and comfort, and supporting our healthcare team with
excellent clinical skills and a caring attitude. Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care and administer medications to residents
as prescribed. Monitor and document residents’ conditions and
report changes to the healthcare team. Assist with care planning
and implementation to meet residents' individual health needs.
Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare
professionals to ensure continuity of care. Maintain a clean and
safe environment for residents and staff. Educate residents and
families about health maintenance and medication management.
Requirements Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the
state of Tennessee. Previous nursing experience in a long-term
care, assisted living, or similar healthcare setting preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts and as part of a team.
