Regional Float Pool - Nights This part-time position for a
Registered Nurse (RN) in our regional float pool entails delivering
comprehensive nursing care across various hospital facilities
during night shifts. The RN will be responsible for assessing,
planning, implementing, and evaluating personalized care for adult
and elderly patients in a range of clinical environments, including
ICU, emergency, and medical-surgical units. Applicants must possess
a valid RN license, relevant bedside nursing experience, and
certifications such as BLS. Additional incentives include a sign-on
bonus, shift differentials, and tuition reimbursement. Discover

knowledge to make informed decisions in practice, assessing,
planning, implementing, and evaluating tailored nursing care in
line with established nursing standards for adult and geriatric
patients. The candidate will be required to report to facilities
within the regional area of their home hospital, with specific
locations to be discussed upon hiring and approved by the
leadership team. Position Details: Facilities: Various hospitals in

hours per week) Shift: Nights Incentives: Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 -
No Contract Required Base Pay: Based on Experience Plus: Regional
Float Pool Perks and Shift Differentials: $2.75 for Evenings, $4.60

Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program. Preferred
Education: BSN Licensure: Must obtain and maintain a current RN
license in the state of employment and meet all state board of
nursing requirements. Required Experience: At least one year of
recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg. For other specialties
(ED, ICU, etc.), a minimum of two years of recent bedside RN
experience is required. Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Epic
software Certifications (Required to Start): BLS for Med/Surg and
Behavioral Health BLS & NRP for Women's Health BLS, ACLS for
Critical Care BLS, ACLS, & PALS for Emergency Department Physical
Requirements: Must be able to stand and walk for most of the shift;
significant bending, stooping, and lifting of patients with
assistance; ability to push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds. Why Choose
