registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years OR RN experience
required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not
be considered. This opportunity is for a Registered Nurse
specializing in Operating Room care, working full-time during the
day shift (Monday to Friday, 7:15 AM to 3:30 PM) with one 24-hour
on-call weekend per month. You will play a key role within an
interdisciplinary team, delivering individualized, high-quality,
and safe patient care in a clinical perioperative setting, guided
by evidence-based practices and professional nursing standards.
Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive perioperative nursing care
using the Nursing Processassessment, diagnosis, planning,
implementation, and evaluationtailored to patient needs. Provide
patient-centered care respectful of cultural and
population-specific characteristics. Collaborate effectively with
interdisciplinary teams, ensuring clear communication, timely
documentation, and a supportive work environment. Participate in
quality improvement initiatives, shared governance, and
professional development activities. Serve as a mentor or preceptor
to colleagues and students to support workforce development. Uphold
compliance with healthcare policies, safety goals, and
accreditation standards. Proactively plan and coordinate patient
care across the continuum. Participate in developing protocols to
improve patient outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in
Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution is required.
Registered Nurse license (Single state or Multi-state Compact).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification at instructor level. Minimum
of 3 years experience as an Operating Room circulating nurse
preferred. Ability to perform under pressure, strong critical
thinking, time management, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Competent in documentation and use of healthcare technology.
